What is the pricing for Peppertype?
- Starter Plan starts at $35/mo for unlimited* content generation and 1 user seat.
- Growth Plan starts at $200 per month for unlimited* content generation and 5 user seats.
To ensure service availability for you and others, we do enforce a Fair Usage Policy of 200,000 words. If you happen to reach that, we push it back further allow you to keep creating content uninterrupted.
How do you track my referrals?
We use an affiliate tracking product called FirstPromoter, which is the best for tracking and managing affiliate programs. It has a sophisticated tracking system and user-friendly dashboard interface for seeing your users, leads, and customers at one page.
You can also access the Marketing Assets you will need to promote from inside this dashboard.
The way it works is that if someone clicks on your referral link, a cookie is attached to their browser.
Example: Assume 'Mike' clicked on 'Rachel's referral link. So, a cookie would be attached to Mike's browser. This guides the system in knowing that Mike's "email address" should be attributed as one of Rachel's leads (or "referrals" in your FirstPromoter dashboard). They are 'locked-in' to be your referral.
So even if other affiliates were to pass on promoting to this person, they are still considered your lead by Peppertype since you were the first one who went ahead and reached out to them. It makes no difference whether this individual comes back through your link again or directly comes to Peppertype. They are still yours nonetheless because you connected with them first!
The attached cookie stays active in their browser for a period of 60 days. The conversion will only be tracked if the lead purchases within these 60 days.
When will I get paid?
Simple.
✅ On 30th in every month.
✅ No minimum commissions required.
Example - You refer Peppertype to someone and they make a purchase on any date of the month and you'll be instantly due for your commission on the 30th of that month itself.
Are there any restrictions on how I can market Peppertype?
The best way to market Peppertype is to be very authentic and upfront with your audience. Show them a live demo of the product, record your tutorials, workflows and use cases. You will also get access to a marketing swipe file containing videos, emails, blogs, ads and social media posts through which you can promote Peppertype.
If you are running Ad campaigns, the only restriction is that you cannot bid on our brand keyword search terms such as "Peppertype.ai", "Peppertype.ai Pricing"
Note- Never impersonate Peppertype / try and trick people into thinking that Peppertype is your company. In case you are found doing so, you will be banned from the partner program with an immediate effect.
Can I sign up using my own referral link?
Nope! Self-referrals are not allowed. The partner program is to reward you for bringing in other people.
If you purchase an account using your own affiliate link, your commission will be voided for that sale, automatically.
What's the referral cookie life?
The referral cookie life is 60 days from the first point of contact. If a user makes a purchase past 60 days from the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.
Do I get paid more if a customer upgrades their plan?
Yes! You will earn a 40% commission on all payments that that customer makes.
So if they upgrade their plan, then you will continue to earn 40% commission on any payments that they make.
What if I refer Peppertype to someone who's already using it and they convert to a paid plan from my affiliate link, will I still get a commission?
Nope. The spirit of the program is for you to bring newer audience to us. So, the only time you get credit for a sale is when a customer signs up for a new account after clicking on your affiliate link.
How can I get paid if I don’t have PayPal?
Please contact us at [email protected] to set up a different payment method.
Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign up or sale were not tracked correctly, contact our referral platform provider at {{fp_support_email}}.
My friend/client signed up without using the referral link. What can I do?
Send us his/her email to [email protected] and we’ll manually add them to the system.
Can I sign up on behalf of my clients through my own referral link?
We recommend you either sign up from your clients’ computers (if possible) OR sign up your clients as usual (without a referral link) and send us an email with their sign up email addresses to [email protected]
